How do you run Soba Labs?
The same way we build for clients: as an AI-native, closed-loop company. Every call, decision, and deliverable becomes queryable state in markdown, git, and Postgres, and our own agents handle the middle while people stay on the decisions. We run on the system before we sell it.
How can the price be fixed when AI work feels uncertain?
We scope a defined outcome with you and put one number on it before we start. If it takes longer than planned, that is our cost, not yours.
Why not just build this in-house?
You can, and sometimes you should. But a production agentic system needs retrieval, evaluations, controls, and monitoring to stay reliable as models change. We deliver that as a finished outcome in days, you own the result, and if in-house is the better call we will say so on the first call.
Is this a product we license, or built for us?
Built for you. Every system is custom to your process and your data, and you own it. The part that compounds is how we build, our methods and evals, not a platform you rent.
Do you work with our existing stack?
Yes. We integrate with the systems and cloud you already run instead of standing up a parallel platform you would have to maintain.
How do you handle security and our data?
We build inside your own cloud and providers, so your data stays in your environment. We develop to your security and GDPR standards, sign a DPA, and keep a human in the loop on the sensitive steps. You own the code and the data. If you don't have a cloud or providers set up, we help you choose them. We are a software development agency, so security is about how we build, not a provider we resell.
